Vision and Values
When new chief executive Mark Allen wanted to share the company’s vision for the future and the values that would underpin this, Proterra put together an integrated campaign of activity. Based around the development of a new brand ‘We…,’ the goal was to allow all employees to understand common purpose and the role they played in shaping the Dairy Crest of tomorrow. With several forms of literature, web presence, award schemes and graphics across all of the company’s sites, the philosophy of ‘We…’ quickly became embedded in the Dairy Crest culture.
