Convincing the American feed industry that a technology developed in Europe can change the efficiency of US dairy and beef production is no easy task. And for Keenan selling the Mech-fiber concept together with introducing a new ‘Gain Plan’ profit share relationship with users made the challenge doubly difficult. A suite of three DVDs explaining the company, its vision and its technology, played a major part in convincing hardened industry executives to buy into the approach. As Keenan Chairman Gerard Keenan said: “It’s the first corporate DVDs we’ve ever shown that got a spontaneous standing ovation!” Enough said.
